Healthcare Marketing (MBA)

The overall theme of the course is “Ethical and strategic considerations of healthcare marketing”. All the topics covered by the four instructors are tied into this theme. Some of the specific healthcare related issues that will be discussed in this class include: A) Services and design innovations to enhance patient and employee satisfaction, B) The importance of medical services to tourism and hospitality sector, and C) Ethical considerations involving defensive medicine and medical suppliers induced demand.
